Autumn View Gardens - Creve Coeur

Message: Clean! Smells nice! Fresh paint! Meals are awesome! Staff is friendly and accommodating! Affordable! This was a tough time having to place our mother in a facility. All the places we looked at either had poor ratings, were nasty, or too expensive. When we came across Autumn View Gardens, we knew this was the place for mom. Thank you Autumn View for making the transition easier.

Message: My grandmother is a resident at AGV and I visited her last month. I was extremely pleased with the beautiful facility, kind staff, and care she receives. They do an amazing job creating a fun environment with different activities and I really enjoyed having dinner with her in the dining hall! It was delicious! Thank you to everyone who works there to care for my grandmother's needs as well as the other residents. You all are TRUE blessings. ♡♡.

Message: Wonderful place for my mom. Everyone was awesome. They helped with paperwork, and moving. My mom loves it there. The BEST place to take your love one.

Message: This community is clean, bright and very welcoming. The remodle has been completed and the colors are just stunning. The new chapel and theater are a great addition. The new space for the activity room and bistro are beautiful. The residents are happy, engaged and smiling.

Message: While waiting to meet with someone there I noticed how clean the facility looked and how happy the residents were. The lady in the front office greeted everyone that came in. She seemed like she enjoyed her job a lot. Which you sometimes don’t see too often these days. When I called a few days later she still had that same happy energy when she spoke.

Message: Had a great meeting with Heidi. She was very personable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were looking for a place for our mom. Everyone was very welcoming and courteous. We met the chef and some members of the dining room staff. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work and their facility. We also had a chance to meet some of the residents. They seemed very happy there and were looking forward to our mom joining their Bridge club. We were very impressed with Heidi, especially her follow through. She is a great ambassador for Autumn View.

Message: It’s an incredibly difficult decision to find a facility for a loved one. I wanted the place to feel like family and home - not an institution. Not being able to tour facilities in person during the pandemic made it even more difficult. Then I had a FaceTime conversation with Tammy the Marketing Director. As she took her phone and walked through the hallways to give me a tour, she greeted all the residents by name and they all came up to give her a hug. It was obvious that she cared about them. They were all smiling, waving to me and seemed happy. I also saw Shawn, the dancing receptionist, who was having fun with the residents. Shawn is a ray of sunshine! My mother has lived there for seven months now and the staff has been very responsive and helpful. Most importantly, my mom is happy there and that is a huge relief to me and my family.

Message: Autumn View Gardens truly cares about the well being of their residents. The second you walk in the door you are greeted and welcomed by the friendliest staff. The director of sales and marketing, Tammy Bumgarner, has done such an amazing job putting all my family’s questions and worries at ease. We were concerned about moving my dad across state lines and finding him a community that fits, but Tammy made it so seamless. She went above and beyond during the COVID-19 shut down to help move my dad into the community and get him adjusted all within the rules and regulations of the CDC. My dad has now lived there 4 months, he seems extremely happy, and I don’t have to worry about him one bit! The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. They truly make you feel like family.
